I really enjoyed the recipes in this Challenge!! I didn’t miss grains or dairy during the 5 weeks… I plan to continue the Paleo menu after the Challenge ends. I noticed the bloating in my belly went down, and I feel better from the inside out! I also really liked how the meal prep used the leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day, and how it made weekly meals easier to prepare for people with busy schedules. My husband, who LOVES dairy and grains originally complained when he found out there wouldn’t be any of both foods for 5 weeks, but he felt satisfied with the food from the meal plan without them. As I enter into the last week of the Challenge I have had a couple major personal breakthroughs. First of all, I realized with total dedication I made huge strides in my weight at diet level 1. I also realized that even though I am not 100% where I want to be, I allowed myself to be vulnerable by letting myself be videotaped and have my photo posted on our team’s Facebook page. That person who allowed her body to be shown or her lower level of fitness to be out there for others to see? That is the new me. I’m personally very proud of that. My daughters were proud of me. If I got nothing else from this, I feel a confidence that I never have before in my life. Jamie Schuller
